Solicitation Number: N68836-25-R-0002 Synopsis Date: December 20, 2024, Contracting Office Address: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida NAICS Code: 611430 PSC Code: U008 Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Description: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about February 2025. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Domain Logistical Support Services in support of the Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD), Panama City, Florida.

The period of performance will be from 01 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 with four one-year options and a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
The solicitation will be available for download on GSA eBuy on or about February 2025. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. Interested parties are responsible for registering with GSA eBuy to download the synopsis, solicitation, subsequent amendments, and all attachments.
As a reminder, a sources sought notice was published on SAM in October. Quoters are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP or amendments will be provided, and no solicitation mailing list will be issued.
System for Award Management (SAM) registration: https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory.
Clarifications: Only email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
