Vendor needs to provide domain migration services.
- Professional services to migrate all data systems
- Operates business class operations to include Active Directory, on-premise exchange email, and other data services that need to be migrated to the Dot GOV domain.
• Develop a plan for the Migration process
• Dot Gov domain controllers, Exchange servers, and DNS have been initially set up on the current network, most all required group policies will be recreated, and further configuration will be required.
• The migration process must include all services such as DFS, On-premise Exchange servers, Mimecast Email filters and Email archive, internal and public DNS, and any security enhancements that may be needed. Public DNS hosted by Cloudflare utilizing Cloudflare SSL certificate management, initial DNS set up.
• A third party hosts the City-s website, interaction may be required to complete the project.
• Must be onsite. No remote work until the final stages of the project as needed
