- What is the solicitation method?This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to provide modifications to the existing monitor well PZ3TPW to include construction of one (1) Class V exploratory monitor well RZWM-1 at the Dona Bay Surface Water Storage Facility. Work will also include a drill pad and pad monitor wells. Final depth of exploratory well will be 1850 feet below land surface. The County anticipates awarding a Construction Contract to run the duration of the project.
