Description(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Door Lock Integration in Building 100 at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number is 36C24825Q0956 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Effective 1/17/2025.(iv) This solicitation is for a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside with associated NAICS code 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The Small Business size standard is $25 million dollars. The FSC/PSC is 5935-Connectors, Electrical.This solicitation will use Comparative Evaluation.
