i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
ii. The solicitation number is 1232SA25Q0974 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-05 dated 08/07/2025.

The objective of the project is to replace exterior and interior doors frames and hardware that need to be replaced with fire rated doors. See attached Scope of Work.

This project is located at Building #1, R. W. Harned Building, USDA ARS MS State at 150 Twelve Lane, MS State, MS 39762
This requirement shall be FOB Destination.
