This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 337122 - Nonupholstered Wood Household Furniture Manufacturing and PSC Code is 7105 and the size standard is 750 employees. Refer to salient characteristics and technical criteria listed in the attached RFQ.
PROJECT OVERVIEW. This purchase is for the procurement of Dormitory Furniture Delivery and Installation for the Technical Training Facility at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland Student Dormitory Building 10804. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the contractor to provide all management, supervision, tools, supplies, labor, equipment, transportation, storage, and installation with required assembly.
Refer to attached RFQ and SOW for information regarding this requirement. Please provide quote to POCs listed in the RFQ.
Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns must be submitted in writing by email no later than Friday, 19 September 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov website, as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
