Description:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Dorset Fire District No. 1, Contract No. 3, Route 30 Service Line Replacements project will be received at the Dorset Fire Station, 2788 Route 30, Dorset, VT 05251 until 11:30 a.m. local time on April 17, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The mailing address for bids is Dorset Fire Station, 2788 Route 30, Dorset, VT 05251. Bidders submitting a bid by U.S. Mail shall allow for adequate delivery time. The Project consists of approximately 2,000 feet of water service pipe and 57 replacement water service connections and appurtenances, including directionally drilled HDPE Sleeves under Vermont Route 30 for existing water customers in Dorset. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Schedule.
