THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO (1) CONDUCT A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY AND (2) SOLICIT REVIEW AND FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT.
(1) SOURCES SOUGHT
This sources sought notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This sources sought notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts.
The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified business sources (small business and other than small business) to perform a potential requirement. The sources sought respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or costs incurred in response to this sources sought notice. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice will be solely an expense of the respondent.
