Notice of intent for the Department of Transportation (DOT) to take immediate action to begin forbearing enforcement of all contract clauses, provisions, terms, and conditions, related to any and all subsequent Executive Orders (EOs) issued by President Trump and implementing guidance.

*** THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ***

Consistent with President Trump-s priorities and agenda, to the maximum extent permitted by law, DOT intends to take immediate action to begin forbearing enforcement of all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR) contract clauses, provisions, terms, and conditions, if inconsistent with EOs and implementing guidance issued by the current administration, including but not limited to:
