- The City of Charlottesville (the City) seeks requests for proposals to provide drug and alcohol testing services to all City safety sensitive employees subject to drug and alcohol testing (including those with a Commerical Drivers License) in compliance with Article 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 40, 199, 382 & 655, as amended, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and its operating authorities including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).
