Description:
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is not a solicitation nor request for quotes or proposals.
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for DOT/NRC RAD WASTE TRAINING. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 13.
The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 611430. The small business size standard is $15 Million. The product Service Code is U099.
The solicitation is expected to be available on or around November 25th, 2025. The tentative date of service is anticipated to begin January 12th, 2026 to January 16th, 2026.
