The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract with Technical Acceptance, Delivery, and Price Evaluation Factors for the item listed below.
