Description:
The Department of Public Health (City) issues this Request for Qualifications to establish a Pre-qualified Pool (PQP) of Proposers for As-Needed Community Outreach and Media Services for the San Francisco Health Network (SFHN), Behavioral Health Services (BHS), and Population Health Division (PHD). The City will create five PQPs, one for each of the five Service Categories listed below. Category 1: Electronic outreach. This includes but is not limited to e-newsletters, websites, blogs, social media. Category 2: Print and other promotional material. This includes but is not limited to mailings, posters, advertisements, and signage. Category 3: On-the-ground community outreach. This includes but is not limited to tabling at community events, attending community groups- meetings, and door-to-door flyering. Category 4: Media relations. This includes but is not limited to marketing campaigns, TV/radio/billboard advertisements, and ethnic news media outreach. Category 5: Focus groups. Facilitate focus groups with community stakeholders and conduct assessments to develop effective, culturally appropriate messaging for marketing material and campaigns.
