- Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Service (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to manage and service an iPad loaner program for Wisconsin residents with disabilities through the WisTech Assistive Technology Program (WisTech). The vendor will purchase the iPads for loan, manage the applications inventory to customize the iPad to meet the person-s individual needs. The vendor will provide outgoing and incoming shipment of loaner devices and conduct sanitization in between users. Devices and applications are a critical piece of assistive technology that will allow people with disabilities to function within their homes, at school, at work, and in the community. These services may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
