The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial Platform (CP) draft solicitation to obtain feedback from commercial online providers, who offer commercially available business-to-business (B2B) online commerce platforms, on the proposed requirements of the Commercial Platforms program.
The program seeks to provide commercial B2B online shopping capabilities for agency Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders for the purchase of routine, commercial items. The draft solicitation package closely aligns with the Request for Information released earlier this year under notice ID 47QSCC22N0007 and incorporates the feedback received.
