The U.S. Army Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications-Network (PEO-C3N), Project Manager Tactical Radio (PM TR), Product Manager Handheld, Manpack Small Form Fit (HMS), and the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) are seeking information from industry to assist with development of strategies for prototyping Sensitive But Unclassified-Encrypted (SBU-E) Transport Hardware for Tactical Assured Voice and Data. This is a notice of intent to release formal request for information on or before 16 April 2025 with the expectation that white paper responses will be submitted on or before 30 April 2025.
