Description:
The City has initiated a Request for Proposals process. This initial step in the process is the release of this DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK where interested vendors have an opportunity to comment on the scope prior to the finalization of the RFP. Shortly after the comment period ends, the final RFP will be released including any updates to the Scope of Work and instructions for submitting a proposal.The City of Lake Forest (\"City\") is seeking a qualified firm to provide preventative and unhoused services for the GAP Housing Program. The program offers transitional housing through temporary hotel accommodations or other approved accommodations for a period of one day to not-to- exceed 14 days prior to the official move-in date. The program requires development of program guidelines, temporary short-term housing providers and case management.
