Description
The purpose of this notice is to ask industry for insight, feedback and comments on the draft versions of the General Requirements, Section L, and Section M documents prior to the issuance of the formal solicitation. The average SABER Task Order will generally range from $25K to $250K but may also include projects of greater magnitude. Pricing will be based on RSMeans Facilities Construction Cost Data. The maximum amount of the SABER IDIQ is $9.9M. Period of performance will be for a 5-year ordering period, estimated to start 1 September 2025The performance locations for construction efforts will be at Sheppard AFB, TX (Wichita County); the Sheppard AFB Recreation Annex at Lake Texoma, Whitesboro, TX (Grayson County); and Frederick Auxiliary Airfield, Frederick, OK (Tillman County).No award will be made from this notice. A solicitation may be available in Spring 2025; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation at this time. The United States Air Force is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
