The National Science Foundation (NSF) is issuing a Draft Solicitation 49100425R0001 - Pre-solicitation Notice to inform potential vendors about an upcoming procurement opportunity for the Operational and Technical Support for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP).
