TITLE: Multiple Award Task Order Contract for Architect-Engineering (A/E) Services for FSRM and MILCON Title I and Title II projects at Andersen AFB (AE25GUAM)
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE - 29 JAN 2025 - 772 ESS has been provided direction for completing the Consolidation Determination and Findings so we are working to complete that document for routing and approval. We expect to post the final synopsis toward the end of February 2025. The final synopsis is expected to mirror the latest draft Synopsis that was posted on 26 December, so please be prepared to submit final questions within one calendar week from posting of the final synopsis. SF330's will be due approximately 30 days from the posting of the final synopsis.
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE - 26 DEC 2024: Please see the attached revised Draft Synopsis and Questions & Answers, which have been updated since Industry Day that was held on 01 Aug 2024. Note the change in Acquisition Strategy to add a HUBZone Reserve of (2) Firms. The official Synopsis will be posted after a Consolidation Determination and Findings is approved, likely in the February 2025 timeframe.
