- Department of Public Safety; Minnesota State Patrol would like to purchase a total of thirteen (13) standard single occupancy rooms for 5 nights with a Check in date of May 4th and check out date of May 9th 2025. In addition to thirteen (13) standard single occupancy rooms for 4 nights with a check in date of May 11th and a check out date of May 15th for DRE Training. Requirements: Hotel must be within 5 miles of 304 Laurel St. Brainerd, MN 56401. Parking: If there is a charge for parking, thirteen (13) parking spots will be included in the price of each room for the days and nights of May 4th - May 9th in addition to thirteen (13) parking spots for May 11th - 15th of 2025. Purpose: The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for lodging as detailed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. The contract prices will not be adjusted if the number of individuals requiring lodging falls below the estimate
