The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center has a requirement for the dredging of Pond 3 and one chlorine contact tank (concrete basin). The specific dredging includes, but not limited to the following:Amendment 0002 has been implemented to provide Questions and Answers, reference B09 Attachment 8 Questions and Answers document. The closing date has been extended from: 01/17/2025 10:00 am pacific standard time to: 01/24/2025 10:00 am pacific standard time.- Dredge entire pond to remove settlements, remove settlements from tanks (leaf debris mostly).- Work will take place in the following county in West Virginia: Jefferson- Period of Performance is 63 days after notice to proceed is issued.- The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.- Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0125Q0017 will close January 17, 2025 at 10:00 am pacific standard time. - A site visit will be held on January 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. For site visit information please refer to FAR Clauses 52.236-27 and 52.236-27A*1.
