***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE-***   Estimated Date of Award: May 30, 2025Synopsis:   Utilizing statutory authority available to Contracting Officers under FAR 19.406 and VAAR 819.7009, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Columbia, South Carolina on behalf of the Augusta VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia intends to make a direct award to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc. located at 2615 Port Industrial Drive, Suite 405, Jacksonville, FL 32226 for the one (1) time purchase of two (2) items relating to the Medtronic MED RX High Speed drill system and Stealth Station S8 Navigation System. Two (2) each of Part Number MET 3C300- Integrated Power Console and two (2) each of Part Number MER EF201 ACCY EF201 IPC FOOT CONTROL ROHS. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been prepared; a redacted copy is included below. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 339113 with a Small Business Size Standard of 800 Employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition. Such responses MUST be received no later than May 22, 2025, at 5 PM EST. All documents submitted will not be returned.
