SOLE SOURCE/NOTICE OF INTENT
The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Flex Force Enterprises, LLC (Doing business as Dzyne Technologies LLC). The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Sole Source Justification for additional details.
The requirement is to provide the following:
CLIN 0001: Provide three (3) Dronebuster units in accordance with the Salient Characteristics
CLIN 0002: Shipping and Handling
CLIN 0003: Warranty
This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil with a copy to shelby.cordts@spaceforce.mil no later than 02 September 2025 at 8:00AM Pacific Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. - Documents:
