- The objective is to seek professional medical services in the areas of treatment for newly reported Workers- Compensation injuries and for pre-employment placement for (Safety-Sensitive and Non-Safety Sensitive Employees) and for physical examinations for commercial driver-s license renewals and for workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing.In addition, the services included for Drug and Alcohol Testing must be in accordance to 49 CFR Part 40 (Procedures for Transportation), Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs for Safety-Sensitive Employees. The successful bidder is to provide the following services (tests) in accordance to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) / (Federal Transit Administration) (FTA) for Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing on Safety Sensitive employees:
