- The County of Santa Cruz invites statements of qualification submittals for Project Title for residents of the County.The objectives of the DUI program are to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses by persons who complete a state licensed DUI program; and to provide participants the opportunity to address challenges related to the use of alcohol and/or other substances.Driving Under the Influence programs are licensed by the State of California and regulated by Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations. All DUI programs are funded solely by client fees and available only to those arrested or convicted of a DUI offense. The purpose of this RFQ is to determine qualified providers that Santa Cruz County will endorse to the California Department of Health Care Services
