The VHA Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is conducting market research to find qualified vendors for storage and delivery service of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). The proposed NAICS 621610 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $19.0 million dollars.
Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 15 Healthcare has an ongoing requirement for a contractor to provide supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, infection control, storage, cleaning, delivery, sanitization, installation, assembly/set-up, repair, pick-up and patient training/instruction in the use of Government-owned, or purchased, Durable Medical Equipment to all beneficiaries serviced by VISN 15 Healthcare and its associated outpatient clinics. The total number of DME patients at each VA site varies and is subject to change. The contract period will be a base of twelve months and four twelve-month options.
