The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Durham VA Health Care System intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Lovell Government Systems Inc. Â

NAICS 513210 Software Publishers. The proposed contract action is to provide on-site and remote preventative maintenance, repair, and software support service of the Brainlab Exactrac & iPlan RT Planning systems workstation in use at the Durham VA Medical Center. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, using the procedures under FAR 13.5, Soliciting from a single source. The contract will be for a period of performance of 12/01/2025 11/30/2026. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to Rachel.Watkins2@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on November 12, 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
