This is NOT a request for proposals and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner.All businesses, regardless of size, capable of and interested in performing the proposed project may submit capability statements for consideration. Based upon response to this announcement and capability statements, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside, proceed with an unrestricted solicitation or decide on an alternate procurement strategy. Information provided in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to these sources sought notice.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332323, Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees.The government is looking to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order type contract. The Proposed Project:The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP), has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of three (3) Appollo 3500 Single Gate Openers to include DIY kit and 20-Watt Solar Panel; three (3) SOS Gate Trigger RFID Reader Systems; 100 SOS T8 RFID Sensor; and One (1) SOS TUNE RFID maintenance kit. Deliveries are to the made to Havasu National Wildlife Refuge 317 Mesquite Avenue, Needles CA 92363.The capability statement shall address the work listed above and the offeror's ability to meet the qualification requirements with this type of work.
