This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-25-Q-0003, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2025-04 effective 11JUNE 2025).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 337910 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
**The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.**
Rest/Nap Pod:
CLIN 0001 - 3 each, Rest Pod
Pod MUST include the following salient features installed or delivered with the purchase:
• Full antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-viral upholstery
• Waterproof upholstery
• Stain Resistant upholstery
• Fire Retardant construction
• Integrated power module with outlet and USB port.
• No wireless/Bluetooth/wifi capability organic to the equipment. Just turning off the capability is not a Tempest option.
• Fire suppression capable, with additional fire suppression attachment capability organic to the product
• Each pod must be enclosed on all sides, with one opening for use with a privacy curtain
• Dimensions must not exceed 88”w x 73”h x 41”d to meet the installation area available space requirements.
- Requested delivery period is within 30 days ADC.
- Award will be based on lowest price.
