Mod 2**The purpose of this modification to solicitation is for Notice of Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) with due date of Thursday, 17 July 2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Common proposal weakness identified for cause of non-material amendment to provide clarification on plan of execution. Firm Fixed Price Proposals shall be detailed and include information from the SOW demonstrating an understanding of all the requirements in the SOW. Hence, the agency is requesting a FPR as a final opportunity for offerors to revise their proposals. All other terms and conditions from the original solicitation remains the same with our intent for award.**
