This is a pre-solicitation notice only for Repair Site Fire Alarm System. Offer or bids will not be accepted for this notice. This solicitation will be a 100% competitive Small Business set aside. Any resulting contract will be firm fixed priced. The solicitation for this project will be avaible by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY and the anticipated download availability date for this solicitation will be on or about 12 September 2025.
All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). Joint ventures must be registered in SAM as the joint venture. Offerors are advised to begin this process when they prepare their proposal in order to ensure this registration is in place should they be selected for the award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
Anticipated NTP: 2 December 2025 with an 1095 calendar-day period of performance; the Davis Bacon Act will apply.
(1) PROJECT INFORMATION: Project includes the demolition and/or replacement of fire alarm systems for 44 buildings on Shemya Island, Earekson Air Station, Alaska. Installation of two supervising stations will be required at two of the buildings and outside plant fiber optic cabling will be installed to create a communication backbone to communicate the fire alarm signals from each building back to the central receiving stations. Purpose of the project is to enhance life safety and support mission requirements at the installation.
