Description: ? The purpose of the ECDHS program is to fund the study and implementation of integrated statewide health promotion, screening, and intervention systems that advance early childhood developmental health and well-being, with a focus on P-3 populations experiencing persistent poverty and/or health disparities. This program will build upon the study under the current award and advance core program goals to: Develop and disseminate comprehensive, integrated, and evidence-driven models of health systems change strategies to improve, and increase equity in, early developmental health and family well-being; Increase early childhood system capacity to implement, spread, sustain, and continuously improve effective developmental health promotion, prevention, screening, and intervention services and supports; and Improve access to family-centered, coordinated health promotion, preventive care, screening, and intervention services for P-3 populations experiencing persistent poverty and/or health disparities. ?
