The Projectscope Includes Abatement And Demolition Of The Existing Southwest School Which Is Approximately 35,000Sf.The New Building Will Be Approximately 87,000Sf And Will Be One-Story. The Structure Will Be Concretefoundations Over Spread Footings Topped With Structural Steel And A Combination Of Acoustical And Nonacousticalroof Decking. For The Building 2019S Envelope, The Roof Will Be Tpo And The Exterior Walls Will Primarilybe Stud Backup Walls With A Mix Of Metal Panels, Masonry, And Aluminum Storefront And Curtain Wall Systems.
