NREL is providing an early draft release of system benchmarks aligned with the needs of its users for a future procurement of the next generation supercomputer, “HPC-4”. These benchmarks are considered draft state and are subject to change prior to the release of any official RFI and the final benchmarks would be released with an official RFP. By providing an early release of the planned benchmarks, it provides the HPC industry time to prepare detailed benchmark results with any response to an RFP, if released.
