- The County of Yuba is accepting proposals for Engineering and Construction Support Services for the East Linda Gateway: Lindhurst Corridor Revitalization Project.This project will complete design and provide construction support for an entryway corridor beautification project on Lindhurst Avenue and North Beale Road in Linda, CA. The project limits are along Lindhurst Avenue from Erle Road to North Beale Road and along North Beale Road from Lindhurst Avenue to SR 70. The project will include storm drain, artwork, irrigation and landscaping, and multi-modal physical improvements that will develop and beautify the commercial corridor.The project is federally funded. This is a cost-plus-fixed-fee and project specific contract.There DBE goal for the contract is 17%.Construction is expected for 2028.
