This Bid Advertisement Consists Of The Construction Of An Ada Accessible Ramp, Ada Accessible Parking Spaces, A Platform Lift, And Public Restrooms For Ada Accessibility At The Town Hall. Bid Instructions, Contract, Technical Specs And Plans Along With The Bid Form Can Be Obtained Herein Or From The Town's Website At Eltownhall.Com. There Will Be A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting At The Site On Monday February 10, 2025 At 10 Am To Examine The Site And Ask Any Questions That The Bidders May Have.
