Description:
The East Peacham Schoolhouse Board (East Peacham Schoolhouse, Inc.) seeks bids from qualified and insured contractors for structural improvements and the replacement of the existing roofing on the East Peacham Schoolhouse located at 1879 East Peacham Rd., Peacham, VT 05862. The East Peacham Schoolhouse Board was recently awarded a State Historic Preservation Grant through the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation ("VDHP") to help support this project. As such, all work must be consistent with the VDHP-approved Scope of Work as outlined in the RFP and related project drawings. In addition, all work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and reflect a historic preservation approach to the Project. Site visits may be scheduled with the Owner between Monday, June 23rd through Thursday, July 3rd. BIDS ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, JULY 16, 2025.
