Background:
The Ecuadorian Air Force has a need for spare parts ordering for four (4) A-29B aircraft. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather details from qualified suppliers and vendors capable of providing a comprehensive spare parts ordering solution. This RFI will assist the Government in identifying vendors with the capabilities to meet our current and future requirements, leading to a potential RFP.

Confirm sourcing capability for all part numbers or alternative part numbers listed in the attached parts list. For each item, indicate in column D of the attached spreadsheet whether sourcing is currently possible, as shown below: Can supply part or alternative part as specified (Y) Unable to supply part (N) For items which are unavailable, please provide a reason in column E for sourcing challenges. Provide at least one example of a previous purchase of each part number or demonstrate equivalent experience and capability. Experience with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is also relevant and can be considered. Examples may include previous purchases, agreements, or collaborations.
