- City of Edinburg Department of Aviation is hereby soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to provide remodeling services for the rehabilitation and modernization of its airport terminal building which is twenty-five years old. Work to be performed at the South Texas International Airport at Edinburg terminal includes replacement of outdated mechanical, energy, plumbing, lighting, ceiling, flooring, access, and HVAC systems; upgrade and expansion of restrooms to meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards; exterior roof and walls repairs and/or treatments; removal and installation of non-load bearing interior walls; millwork; data, communications, electrical hardware installation or communication; exterior floodlighting, electrical connections, and signage installation.
