The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price for interior painting services for the U.S. Consulate General, Edinburgh. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by May 2, 2025, at 5:00pm local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
A site visit at the U.S. Consulate General, Edinburgh at 3 Regent Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5BW will be held on Wednesday April 2, 2025, at 11.30am local time. Names of attendees need to be submitted to procurement_box4@state.gov by Friday March 28, 2025, at 5:00pm local time.
Questions will be due by Friday, April 4, 2024, at 5:00pm. Submit all questions to procurement_box4@state.gov.Answers to these questions will be returned by April 22, 2025, at 5:00pm local time.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to procurement_box4@state.gov in either MS-Word or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
