The Contractor shall provide comprehensive K-12 education program services and special education services to be provided in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations including Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1342.12, Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependents, June 17, 2015. Services shall include special education programs for eligible Dover AFB dependents 3-21 years of age in all appropriate settings. The comprehensive education program services include food service, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and student transportation.
