Description
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a limited source logical follow-on order of previously competed GSA Order # 47QTCA18D00EF to Excidion Inc. 1818 Library St Reston, VA 20190-6274 for eFiling Tier 1 Technical Support. Excidion developed the eFiling Product Registry within the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) International Trade Data System/Risk Assessment Methodology (ITDS/RAM) under the initial contract. The eFiling Product Registry plays a critical role in trade party interactions and risk assessment within the ITDS/RAM framework. Support for trade parties in the use of this system, along with troubleshooting application-related issues, requires specialized expertise and deep familiarity with the platform-s architecture. Excidion possesses unique qualifications as the original developer of the registry, providing them with an unmatched understanding of the system-s intricacies.
CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 805-6(a)(1)(C ) and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. The sole source procurement will be awarded as a Task Order off of a GSA Schedule in accordance with FAR Part 8 and 12 procedures. Interested persons may identify with their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within seven (7) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to the Contract Specialist at apatel@cpsc.gov by 11am Eastern Time June 12, 2025. No phone calls will be accepted.
