SYNOPSIS:This announcement is a correction to a previous Intent to Sole Source issued on May 8, 2025. The previous notice citied an incorrect statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition. The correct statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement to jason.phillip@va.gov no later than June 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM (ET).
