This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 dated August 07, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS has a requirement for a qualified contractor to seal designated cracks in the selected recess areas to stop current water infiltration and any infiltration in adjacent areas as a result of the work. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds.CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete within ninety (90) calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
