The Fort Gordon Department of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement for LP Gas at Fort Eisenhower. Most of Fort Eisenhower has been transferred over to natural gas; however, there are many locations that have not been. The need requires that certain buildings always maintain a specific amount of fuel while others are only filled once they are low or empty. This requirement is typically greater in the winter months when the LP Gas is used to heat the buildings. There are also generators on the Fort that use LP Gas as fuel for their engines. - Documents:
