Description:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the El Camino Real Water Main Relocation Project (CIP No. 60178) and will receive sealed bids for the construction, materials, supplies, equipment and/or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package.Scope of Work:This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents for the above stated project. The work to be done hereunder consists of removal and disposal of approximately 500 feet of existing 8 inch water main located on south side of street, removal and disposal of one fire hydrant, abandonment of existing service laterals, installation of new water main located 3 feet north of centerline and appurtenances, installation of new fire hydrant assembly, installation of new service laterals and meters, asphalt restoration, and striping. All work as detailed on the plans and specified herein or as customarily necessary to complete the intent of the proposed work.The project site is located in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, California, on El Camino Real from 650 feet east of Red Hill Avenue to 1,150 feet east of Red Hill Avenue.
