This is a Sources Sought/ Request for Information. See attached documents for specific information and response instructions.
The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) El Paso Field Office (ELP FO), has a requirement for courier services of sensitive documents and files to/from specific locations daily within the El Paso, Texas and Chaparral, New Mexico areas of responsibility. The contractor shall provide courier services to include daily pickups and deliveries to the facilities located in El Paso, Texas and Chaparral, New Mexico. The contractor shall pick up and deliver secure documents, files, packages, and locking bins which may exceed 80 pounds. This service shall be provided 7 days a week excluding Federal Holidays, between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm. The courier shall retrieve mail from the locations specified in Table 1. All mail picked up at the locations in Table 1 will be for deliveries to the same locations within Table 1. Each location will receive a pickup each morning and a delivery each afternoon. Deliveries will be dependent on items picked up. Locations marked with an asterisk will only receive pickup and deliveries Monday - Friday. - Documents:
