Description:
Sealed bids for the Elaine Drive Curbs will be received by the City Clerk's Office, until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Elaine Drive Curbs, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.The Scope of Work consists of the installation of approximately 485 linear feet for concrete rolled curb and grading of approximately 120 linear feet of swale behind a portion of the curb. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications.Bid packages will be available Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from the Des Peres City Clerk, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131 or they can be downloaded immediately by visiting http://www.desperesmo.org/bids.aspxNot less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
