- As part of its ongoing upgrade of the Electric Trolley Bus system, Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting proposals to replace its aging traction power substations (TPSs) and adding additional TPSs. RTAs intent is to spread the TPS upgrade project over a period of five (5) years.This is being procured using a 2-Step method of Procurement. In Step 1, proposers are to submit their technical data, qualification, references, etc. The proposals will be evaluated and ranked by the evaluation committee. After the evaluation process is concluded, an Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be sent to the qualified proposers, at which time pricing will be requested. Project Title
